To claim events, please first of all create an Evensi account (if you didn't do it already) and send us an email at support@evensi.com, with the event link(s) and the email address associated with your account.
After this process finishes you will find events you claimed within your user dashboard on Evensi for Business.
Note: In case you have promoted an event, just login from https://business.evensi.com with the credentials sent to the email address used to activate the promotion. You should find your event listed in your Dashboard. In case it is not there, send us an email at support@evensi.com, so that we can solve possible issues.
