When you create an event on Evensi, you will be asked to add information about it along with uploading a cover image for your event page.
Note that a cover image should not be a flyer, but an image with some core information or just a photo. Have in mind that this cover will be the one used to feature your event in Social Media posting and Weekly newsletters if you decide to promote the event.
Once the event has been created, you can add or update the cover image by editing the event.
Go to Menu > Events created (Menu > My pages in case that your event is associated with a page)
Clicking on the event, or placing the mouse over the event box, you will have the Edit button at the bottom page. You will now be able to edit any part of your event, including the image.
Simply click on the Paintbrush Image - Design tab (3rd from the top) on the left hand side and select Upload a Cover Image. You can upload it directly from your computer.
As this cover image will be also used in Weekly Newsletters and Social Media posting, please check that the upper part of the image includes the main information (specially if it is a Logo) otherwise the image won't be correctly displayed.
The best cover image size is: 900px * 200px (or its proportional) in order to avoid the image being cropped.
An easy way to check if the cover image was correctly placed, is visualizing it under Events created or the event listing under My pages
