After promoting an event, you can find the promotion results by clicking Menu > Promotions in your profile menu at the top right of your page.
You will find the results page full of useful information so you can see the success of your promotion.
Here is an outline of what the items on the results page mean:
Total Impressions refers to the number of times your event was displayed to registered Evensi users on the Evensi web site.
Total Views refers to the number of times a user clicked through to your event page in Evensi.
The graph shows the number of impressions over time. ‘Organic’ means the user found your event through the Evensi’s search feature, whereas ‘Promo’ means the user found your event via your promotion. By this we mean that your event was listed as a ‘Featured Event’ and it showed up on the user’s ‘For Me’ page.
CPM (cost per thousand) means that this is the amount you spent per 1000 impressions of your event (so 1000 divided by the cost of your promotion).
In the User Engagement section, you can see how many times your promotion appeared in a newsletter to users as well as how many users then clicked on your promoted event (Total actions).
You can also view where your event appeared and where users accessed your event from, either via their mobile or through the Evensi web site.
